Being promiscuous is being promiscuous. It is what it is. Judgement only comes because we fancy ourselves more than animals and have constructed these social structure to elevate ourselves above the other species; religion, marriage, monogamy, etc.

It also depends on how people view sexual relations. Some think of it as a by product of love. Some look at it as simple chemical reaction in their bodies that they need to respond to and satiate. I wouldn't say either is wrong or right, or either view should be ridiculed. When it comes to sex, all parties being consenting is the biggest concern.

I personally had no issue waiting till I was married to have sex. But I am not everyone else.
