Nothing, and that is the problem. Interventional creates more programs than it solves. In fact, it's pretty easy to argue that all the fucking problems in the middle east and southwestern Asia now are a direct result of western interventionism. That doesn't mean that nothing should be done, but dropping bombs everywhere without working with the local government and at huge risk of civilian casualties is not the right choice.
