Frontrunners include: -Batman -Simpsons -X-Men (although the recent comics are lousy) Kinda considers include -Pokemon (I like the games, but the anime sucks) -Monster Rancher (same as above) -Saints Row (although it's just games) -Elder Scrolls (same as above) Granted, if it was all of Nintendo as a choice, that might work. Actually, depending on how broad we can take it, I might say either Marvel or DC. Out of the two, probably Marvel because they've had more good games and more characters I like. Marvel is like the Pepsi of comics, in that it seems newer and edgier despite being around forever. So yeah, might say Marvel.
