That said I dont think they could make it that bad without another 10-15 years of creeping. Hell even offering a streaming or gaming bundle will cause a lot of backlash for the companies. More likely they will start with quietly slowing speeds down on high bandwith sites for a year or two before offering a premium streaming and gaming service and then after another year or two split them. And then just start gutting the speeds to those things after a market has been established.
