Of course, it doesn't solely factor in their condition at the time of the crime, but also their ability to stand trial now, which is how Jimmy Snuka was able to get away with murder twice -- once between the police were bribed to drop the investigation (allegedly), then again when the investigation went ahead over 30 years later at a time when Snuka wasn't competent to stand trial. --- (\/)(\/)|-| In Zeus We Trust: All Others Pay Cash ...
