| helly 06/08/17 8:12:39 PM #3: | he was literally told what the rule was, and what the punishment for breaking said rule was, and broke it anyways. if he did this in the marines, wore something other than his dress blues to an event where dress blues were required, he'd absolutely be reprimanded. there's no double standard here. fair, next. ...
