If I was so rich that I had 250k I didn't care about, sure. I think she's being a bit of a bitch with the 'I can rescind at any time', so I'd put it in a trust/get an executor in case she tried to get clever and cover my ass with all manner of paperwork/recorded agreements of course but otherwise, why not?
