Acanthosis usually appears on the neck though. Don't think I've seen anything on the forehead before.

Edit: apparently It can. Well, you learn something new everyday. It's a sign of diabetes by the way.

While writing it i vaguely remembered it only appearing on inner thighs. Couldn't remember for definite though si didn't bother putting it.
