We are supposed to get warm fuzzies that non murdering Muslims also exist, and that they are helping the victims of their murdering kin. This kind of nonsensical virtue signalling only takes place with Muslims, in the aftermath of one of their attacks. It's almost like there is an attitude that tries to deny such people exist and demonize them or something. There wasn't any similar virtue signalling re: all the Christian doctors and nurses, police etc that helped the Muslim victims.
