Because all throughout his campaign he was saying that, through his magical deal-making skills, he'd be able to come up with a health care system that covered more people, didn't have a universal mandate, and would cost less than Obamacare. Well, two outta three ain't bad! And, if you want to play around with semantics, it's three for three.
