Yes it's a great start but when compared to over priced colleges you just have more available resources (becuase they have a shit ton of unnecessary funds) It's apparent people don't want to invest in people, but would rather have technology do it for them (more convenient and cheaper costs associated) No wage increase will fix this issues we already have.
