Topic	I have been thinking about getting a bike.

Only thing I had to do was get a $50 tune up and a more comfortable saddle. For your first bike, just get a used one and a $50 tune up for it. There are TONS of people who get the $1000 bike, ride it 3 times, then sell it off. Might as well profit from their mistakes. --- I am a senior software engineer.
