No one did anything wrong, it's just that shit happens sometimes especially when you live in a place that has shared walls and ceiling/floors it's a risk of living in a place like that. if a pipe that services my toilet under the floor breaks due to wear and tear how could i have prevented that if i didn't have an issue with my toilet? it was just as much unforseeable for me as it was for the person who got leaked on. unfortunately, a lot of times first notice of an issue is damage to another person's property. HOAs usually are only responsible for common elements. --- http://i.imgur.com/4ihiyS2.jpg "I am not gay! Can't you get that through your head?
