Hence why you can 'unban' yourself from things by resting your modem/router and gaining a new IP. This includes from computers, consoles and anything that uses a IP address. They only way to flat out ban someone with a dynamic IP address is to ban their ISP and on a site this large that would be silly. How did I first find this out?
