Because my grandmother was complaining about how nobody wants to work at her hospital. Lo and behold when I asked if they are training the new people her answer was "No, training an adult is much harder than training a kid" I lol'd can't wait for these old fogeys to gtfo (sorry grandma) --- RIP in peace Junpei 6/1/17 :( ...
