Caffeine and willpower.

But don't load up on caffeine too late, better to do that at the beginning. If you need a boost to keep you going late into the day, load up on sugar instead. You'll crash hard when it wears off, so if you start you have to keep going until you're ready to relax.

and hope you don't just increase your heart rate with no effect on anything else
