5mm chainguns will lose ammo fast. 2k 5mm wont last long at all. The best weapon to ammo ratio is probably gatling lasers since they use fusion cores for ammo and you can find a LOT of cores if you dont use power armor.

Your build is kind of weird. You have 11 int and idiots savant. I mean it'll proc but way less than if you had even half that much int.

Low agi and luck means you cant take some of the better perks down the line that really help with crits and sneak, damage. Your high ass strength means you can probably swing a melee weapon real good though.

I believe high luck only affects how many caps you find in stashes and stuff. While the scrounger perk really REALLy gives you a lot of ammo. Enough to where you'll find it easy to swap to other guns and never really run the risk of running out.

I thought luck made more valuable loot more likely.

I was hoping to proc an idiot savant randomly on a quest turn in. Hasn't happened yet but I did proc it on a sentry bot kill yesterday.

Basically if I see a stat bobblehead I stop and go level to 10 for that stat before picking it up. But. I accidentally took the percept one when I saw it.


I was planning on 5ing gunslinger. Melee and big guns.

But, I dunno. I kinda want lifegiver's auto regen also. Oh I have 1 in bloody mess also.
