I would suggest $1,000 a month, but eliminate stuff like cash assistance, SSI (which this is basically to a point) and reduce unemployment (for those who were making around that amount) and make it eligible for anyone making less than a Legit 100,000K a year. Also get rid of EIC from tax filings.

Keep EBT/SNAP (since it's only supposed for FOOD).
