Just out of curiosity, how long did you leave it in for? I've never tried it but when you use coconut oil as a hair mask you're supposed to leave it in for about 30 minutes before you wash it out. Way less, like 10 minutes. Though I gotta say, last night before my bath, I rinsed my hair with lukewarm water, and I dunno if it's placebo effect, but I feel like there's a sorta noticeable difference?
