I honestly did it because I was in my early 20s when the PS4 was released and I knew I wouldn't be buying a home anytime soon. Moving is already a pain and I didn't want to add another console library worth of stuff when I knew I'd have at least another couple moves before truly settling down somewhere. What I didn't even think of as a benefit is how great it is to just switch between games without ever getting up, or the fact that if I decide to bring my PS4 to my girlfriend's place all I ever need is the console and controllers. The one exception for me was Persona 5, I cared too much about the special edition extras, and I got it for the same price as the regular edition through Amazon so it was a win-win. --- ...
