Every individual has their own preference as a person what they're attracted to. That's true, but when you aggregate those behaviors you start to see apparent trends. So yeah, you're right in that it's stupid to apply those trends to the individual, but it's also stupid to claim that those trends don't exist at all because individuals are different. You're trying to generalize attraction preferences of half of the world's population with no regard to anything else.
