What in the fuck? I don't listen to Alex Jones, where do you get this crap? Do you just lump me in the category of amateur conspiracy theorists because all you see are the memes? Lol okay Erik. Those who fail history are doomed to repeat it.

Somehow I imagine you repeated history a lot while you were a student, which is what brings us here.

You acknowledge the false flag operation brought to JFK's attention, yet you deny any plausibility that it could be a similar case with 9/11?

You're aware that you're citing something that undercuts your entire argument, right? They never went through with it. There are countless zany schemes and plans cooked up by somebody in government, but those ideas almost never come to fruition. As such, citing this as an example further discredits your argument. But don't let that stop from claiming that 9/11 and Sandy Hook were false flag attacks because reason has rarely stood in the way of an interesting-sounding conspiracy.

I offered input, tried showing you videos, and even professional viewpoints from physicists, chemists (thermite, white smoke), and demolitionists. You ignored them.

And you ignored the official report and word of actual experts in favor of a group consisting mostly of laymen. Your professionals are largely on the level of Leuchner, who sought to prove the Holocaust never happened and improperly carried out experiments which -- because he bungled them -- supported his conclusions.

As a computer science major, I prefer an AI-like approach to conspiracy theories;

Were you actually a comp sci major, you'd be rational enough to debunk them. Then again, you might be able to pass in your major while failing history.

You remind me of my grandparents. They're hardcore Catholics, and if you try to suggest any other origin possibilities, they shake their heads and tell you that you're wrong, despite your case. To me, it sounds ridiculous not to explore options. Maybe they're right about Catholicism, maybe they're wrong-- for me personally, it feels wrong not to ask questions.

>Denies actual science in favor of an argument based on faith
>Compares the other person to Christian grandparents

At any rate, at least I know where you get your belief in the irrational from. Because you couldn't be religious, you had to shift an unwavering faith in nonsense elsewhere.

You, on the other hand, are locked into confirmation bias, and it's like arguing with a bigoted wall.

It's like you're talking into a mirror. Stop projecting.

Edit: By the way, quit fucking telling PotD that I mocked 9/11.

I haven't brought it up recently, but that's EXACTLY what you did. Your second topic, the one which actually got you warned, was a lot less in that direction but the initial topic clearly mocked it. More so, you're pretending to be open-minded now, but your first topic pretty explicitly mentioned your feelings and the second strongly advocated the same.
