See if they help! it was the only way i could have ice cream or a glass of milk without being miserable for hours after. I actually take nexium on the regular because of my problems with heartburn and indigestion which people always tell me is weird since I'm still pretty young but my diet could also be better lol. I'll check that out for sure do so and enjoy dairy again!
