I'm not totally sold on it, I'm hoping there may be non medication routes to help (even in conjunction with meds). Like how SSRI and CBT are both effective on their own and much more effective together. But this is just the first day and it's still pretty early. I do feel like it helped me at work today. Everything was pretty organized at the end of the day. Normally there's a get everything together scramble but it was just done. I did get a big pile of work complete, and I felt motivated to go to the store to get some healthy food for meal prep stuff. Going to have a big salad tonight and attempt to watch a movie and do some room cleaning. If I can actually get through a whole movie I'll know something's up. --- Never write off the Doctor! ...
