It's good to have the occasional cheat day. Constantly denying yourself things you like is likely just going to make you feel depressed about the whole thing. You're not going to undo all of your work with one bad meal. Like if you're planning on going out with friends, or celebrating something (or even just having date night) don't let the diet get in your way.

Just keep in mind stuff like, order water with dinner instead of soda, take it easy on desserts, that kind of thing. Like I said earlier, your appetite should go way down, so it should get to the point of not even wanting to cheat that much.

Cheat days are OK because you are on a healthy diet and sometimes eat poorly. Working cheat days into diets is usually bad. I would skip cheat days until you barely even want them. Youre making a holistic life change, you need to go for it.

Walter: No, Donny. These men are cowards.
