Constantly denying yourself things you like is likely just going to make you feel depressed about the whole thing. You're not going to undo all of your work with one bad meal. Like if you're planning on going out with friends, or celebrating something (or even just having date night) don't let the diet get in your way. Cheat days are OK because you are on a healthy diet and sometimes eat poorly. Working cheat days into diets is usually bad. I would skip cheat days until you barely even want them.
