Cold is objective. Anything with numbers assigned to it is 100% objectively quantifiable. And this is a case where certain numbers can kill you. Antarctica isn't not cold on days where it kills an uncovered person in ten minutes instead of eight. And those are numbers, dude. They may not be verified or sourced or accurate but they're definitely numerical and that makes them objective. All in all I don't think your post has much validity, I rate it 3/10

And secondly I think he's right. Yes scientifically and factually "cold" might have a definition but in general when people say an area is cold they actually mean "it's colder than <what i'm used to>/<the average for this area>" and i'd say the definition of a word, in this context, should be "what people actually use it to mean" rather than "the scientifically accurate definition" so yeah
