It's not going away, it saves companies money, I have no control over it, we've all filed literally millions of complaints, so I really wish people would stfu about it i did say that i prefer pressing numbers on the keypad to choose options, does that save money? --- "I've always wanted there to be nothing between us, now there's not" ...
