I used to do a job there called harvest, creepy I know, where customers who frequently used the automated line were randomly pulled so that we could talk to them and see if we can sell them on anything. A lot of them would specifically ask just to be transferred back to the line. It was so unpopular of a practice, because these people preferred the automated system so much, that we did away with the position so I switched to another department. --- BADoglick to the Max! ...
