General information: every generation of Pokemon starts with the first ten in the Pokedex. Five advance. Then a new five face those five, and so on and so forth. This goes until we reach the end of a generation, at which point each round becomes single elimination until we determine a generation winner. At the moment, Jolteon, Feraligatr, Flygon, Gliscor, Chandelure, and Hawlucha have won generations and will be involved in the grand finals alongside the winner of Gen VII, and the three Pokemon with the longest winning streaks (Blaziken, Excadrill, and Zigzagoon) to give us a final ten.

In the event of a tiebreaker, I'll hold a one-off topic to break said tie. Those rounds (same as these poll topics) last 24 hours to determine winners and whatnot. For purposes of this contest, no alts and no rallying.

Also, feel free to discuss opinions and predictions and whatnot.

After several rounds of near-ties that led to single eliminations, we final get a double just in time to put into the poll-free final four rounds of this contest. Excadrill falls ONE round shy of tying Blaziken's high score, and Hawlucha finally falls shy of survival. That leaves us with a final five consisting of only champions, as the last wild card goes down, along with the last of Kalos (Gliscor being Sinnoh's final representative). So yeah, final five time!

The final five are: Kanto champion Jolteon (13), Johto champion Feraligatr (28), Hoenn champion Flygon (20), Unova champion Chandelure (17), and Alola champion Decidueye (25). Cast your vote for ONE of these five, and whoever has the fewest votes after twenty-four hours will be eliminated. No alts, no rallying, just vote. In the event of a tie, we'll have a tiebreaker.
