How would you feel if men began demanding women get parts of their anatomy cut off in order to help reduce the smell and odor?

we don't really have expendable parts to get rid of where we can still enjoy sex

There's already labiaplasty. That reduces nerve endings and reduces pleasure due to removing such sensitive tissue. You could likely still get off even if it didn't feel as good. Not unlike removing the foreskin...

Wait, so you're saying that someone who is circumcised experiences less pleasure than someone who isnt just on the basis of less nerve endings? If that's the case then would someone with a large penis experience more or a higher quality of pleasure as opposed to someone with a small penis? Larger surface area thus more nerve endings...

Having a larger penis doesn't necessarily mean more nerves. I'm saying the same penis either with or without the foreskin has different potential levels for pleasure, and circumcision does eliminate a large sensitive area of the genitals.

That makes more sense. I'm still not completely convinced that the pleasure potential of the same penis would be reduced by circumcision. I don't think that less nerve endings necessarily means less pleasure. At least I don't think we'd be able to confirm that it is of any significant difference unless someone wanted to get a circumcision as an adult to make a comparison.

There are studies about it

http://europepmc.org/abstract/MED/11956453/

Adult circumcision appears to result in worsened erectile function (p = 0.01), decreased penile sensitivity (p = 0.08), no change in sexual activity (p = 0.22) and improved satisfaction (p = 0.04). Of the men 50% reported benefits and 38% reported harm. Overall, 62% of men were satisfied with having been circumcised.

Keep in mind these are men treated for a medical condition where their foreskin is causing issues. 38% felt the surgery caused harm.

You can keep getting it done to non-consenting babies, but why is it being done at all?
