Eleanor Hume (Tales of Berseria) man I hated Eleanor. such a smug douche. couldn't wait for her worldview to get torn down I also wouldn't say she's the "only morally unambiguous character" - she believes she's unambiguously good but she's actually a wildly bigoted religious zealot. unambiguously bad, maybe. I know it's what she was taught all her life but it doesn't make the worldview any less bad. agree that Laphicet is great, though Velvet > Magilou > Laphicet > others > Eleanor, but that's a super-strong top 3 and Laphicet would be my favorite in a lot of RPG casts 35. Luca Blight (Suikoden II) I never found Luca all that effective as a character, but that boss fight was so good. one man versus an army. don't mess (unless you have an army) 26. Tidus (Final Fantasy X) everything about this writeup is exactly why I like Tidus. great character. --- another place and time, without a great divide, and we could be flying deadly high ...
