Topic	I don't get it. Do people enjoy driving slow?

Across a 10 mile stretch , that's like an additional 10 to 15min of just sitting in your car. Like, the whole point of driving is to get somewhere, so why willingly drive that slow and sit in your car for an additional, unneeded amount of time?
