Topic	I don't get it. Do people enjoy driving slow?

This is why I'm not allowed to fly a helicopter Because passing a driving test and being given a license and then driving slow is totally the same thing as flying a helicopter with no training. Motor driven vehicle that can cause massive injury, death, and property damage when handled by someone emotionally incapable of operating it safely?
