As far as my thoughts on it, I thought it was worth playing one time. I doubt I'd ever play this again, but it did some interesting things that take advantage of the visual novel format. So yeah, if you like VNs and you're on the fence about it, I'd say give it a shot just for the experience. Once will probably be enough for you. As far as characters go: Yuri > Monika > Sayori > Natsuki, I guess...? I suppose I can add Yuri to the overall rankings, too.
