All these new characters draw away from the plot. When the manga started Guts was a loner and even when he joined the Hawks the manga was about him, Griffith, and Caska. The whole thing is about Guts seeking revenge. The entire story built up to him seeking revenge against Griffith and is still the main driving motive of the story. But all these new characters do nothing for that. I like the little witch and the magic element introduced. Even though it's a big addition to the Berserk world it's a natural thing to add since there are already demons --- Puzzle and Dragons: 338 705 421 <cite>JOExHIGASHI posted [p:897187131] in Anime, Man...
