Italian elections yesterday. Right-wing coalition of Lega Nord, Forza Italia and Fratelli d'Italia has won! Unfortunately, not enough for absolute majority, but we'll get there. Cinque Stelle campaigned on anti-globalism and against illegal immigration, too, and while they also have several dumb ideas, a coalition with them is not impossible. Socialists (so-called "democratic party") lost big, as expected. If Cinque Stelle decide to align with them instead of us, that's up to 2 more years of agony, and then the right sweeps Italy by itself.

New seats projection, Senate (315 seats):
(Right-wing coalition total: 129 seats)
5 Star Movement 115 seats
League 56
Democratic Party 50
Forza Italia 53 (right-wing coalition)
Brothers of Italy 20 (right-wing coalition)
LeU (left) 8
Oth. Cen-left 4
Oth. Cen-right 3

New seats projection, Chamber (630 seats):
(Right-wing coalition total: 260 seats)
5 Star Movement 231 seats
League 123 (right-wing coalition)
Democratic Party 105
Forza Italia 99 (right-wing coalition)
Brothers of Italy 32 (right-wing coalition)
LeU (left) 15
Oth. Cen-left 8
Oth. Cen-right 5
