Well her power is to stop time, so that's the most potent usage of her power. And the concept is that (spoilers I suppose) ~~She can repeat timeline and has been trying to kill this witch for hundreds of time, and this is the final version of her attacking the witch.~~ Im familiar with Madoka, I just wasnt sure if it really counted. Ill allow it though. Im opening up a 5th nomination now to everyone. We still need plenty more! There are a few particular ones that I hope get nominated but Ill make them honorable mentions in the ranking topic if they arent put up here. --- E come vivo?
