I would say it's probably more important to protect the speech of candidates than sitting representatives. What is "trying to influence the outcome of an election" if NOT censoring one party during elections exclusively?

Also what percentage of tweets from sitting politicians do you think are communicating meaningful policy announcements that are not readily available elsewhere?
