I'd like to point out that Vlado made the brilliant point that "transgender men can't shoot sperm and transgender women can't have babies." Woooooooooooooow would have never thought of that.

And the reason why transgender people don't follow up on their surgeries to anyone with a brain: they don't want to be constantly reminded of their past lives. Imagine having to go back to the same doctor to be reminded again and again that you used have a vagina or penis when you're trying to establish your true identity going forward. "Listen, I know you want to feel like a true woman but I need you to come back and be reminded you used to be a man. Over and over."
