And the reason why transgender people don't follow up on their surgeries to anyone with a brain: they don't want to be constantly reminded of their past lives. Imagine having to go back to the same doctor to be reminded again and again that you used have a vagina or penis when you're trying to establish your true identity going forward. "Listen, I know you want to feel like a true woman but I need you to come back and be reminded you used to be a man. Over and over."

Vlado literally believes that some trans women get the surgery and then later are told "but u can't has babbies though..." and they're all "wtf really? The whole point of becoming a woman was so that I could incubate fetuses inside of me and then later birth them. I've been duped!! I had no other motivations behind this surgery! Can I get a refund and have my penis put back on?" Sad!
