Considering not all people decide to fully transition because of the risks involved and doctors absolutely 100% do not push non-emergency surgeries involving genitalia (I know from personal experience), I doubt those with bad experiences after surgeries were the type of people who would have been absolutely OK had they not done it, and instead had further underlying problems that pushed them towards suicide. Or the more obvious lack of acceptance among the population.

Hell, there was a topic on the Politics board where "liberals" were talking about how they would absolutely identify transgender people as their preferred gender, but behind their backs secretly believe they're still their birth gender. Which kinda defeats the whole point. It's like saying "I think all races are equal" while thinking to yourself "but man, fuck the blacks m i rite?!!?"
