That is a problem everywhere in the US.

It is, but the problem is exacerbated in CA by the skyrocketing cost of housing and suburban sprawl hopelessly outpacing infrastructure upgrades. Wages are higher in CA but the percent of income spent on housing here is worse than anywhere else in the nation.

I'm sure it's worse in CA. But leaving CA won't suddenly make that problem go away either. Plus i'm sure the tariff war Trump is trying to do will do a lot of harm too.

Agree'd. The steel/aluminum tariffs, combined with the Trump "infrastructure plan" (which proposes to flip federal/local funding from 80/20 to 20/80) are going to kill infrastructure projects for the foreseeable future.
