People from CA are the second LEAST likely to actually move away from their state. Only by looking at total numbers and not taking into account Californias massive population does it look like people are "fleeing" the state. No, it pays tax dollars which fund everything. And since most states don't pay more than they receive, they are literally dependent on California. Nomadic View posted...
