Its only f2p friendly for the first 15-19 levels and utterly impossible after if you lack TEQ GF or Kid Buu or Angel Golden Frieza. Devilman cheesing is so painfully boring because of how long it takes. Gotta get lucky enough for him to even GET to Attack, lucky enough to even get enough orbs to Super and then extremely lucky to get the 1% or lower chance of his 1-Hit KO happening. Its terrible.
