I know Tactics team isn't that common yet cuz there's still no speed tactic but there are a lot of Dorcases and Ayras and now Falchion users with their fancy buffs that Poison daggers are good against. Yeah it has always been a situational weapon, but sometimes being able to hard counter stuff brings more overall value because you don't have to worry about those units. Personally though I never had trouble with Armor teams because I frequently use Genny with double Savage Blow :P.
