Topic	Trump begins this morning by trolling Joe Biden on Twitter

It's like context matters though. Biden has never really had a credible accusation of sexual misconduct tossed at him, so it's easier to assume he's just a touchy feely guy. Trump has openly bragged about peeping on and assaulting women, so something like this with him just would have an air of nefariousness to it.
