Though, tbqh, the more distressing undercurrent is what caused the escalation. Like, if it had been David's hitting Chloe, I wouldn't have a problem. But Joyce has already been apologetic about that. It's that it all goes crazy over the one aspect that I think he might be relatively okay on. basically: things that didn't seem to escalate the situation, but if they had i'd understand: David hitting Chloe, David bugging his own house with cameras. thing that did escalate the situation: David has files of Kate and Rachel, but the files seem to be part of a legit investigation, even if it's stupid as hell in Kate's case. I mean, I guess you can argue that the outcome is all that matters regardless of how they arrived there, but it just felt... wrong... to me in the way it developed. --- xp1337: Don't you wish there was a spell-checker that told you when you a word out? ...
