It's the lowest-rated MAL title as far as I'm aware, and while I understand, I feel it's undeserved to an extent. The show attempts to tell some epic sci-fi horror in the span of 19 minutes, and such a feat just isn't possible. No idea who commissioned that idea, but they were dumb. Combine that with bad art and awkward animation, and yeah, this OVA is pretty bad.
