Are people on CE really that opposed to letting their cats go outside?
I mean, I get it but I don't get it.
The cats I've owned were always a mix of indoor/outdoor. They lived long lives. Slept, ate and cuddled indoors. Used the bathroom and prowled outdoors. Never had to deal with litter boxes and they were great for pest control.
I guess it really depends on where you live.
Yes. But in order for a cat to survive as an outdoor cat they need to be outdoor cats their whole lives. A cat that grew up indoors wouldn't know how to survive outdoors.
