You Just keep loving. It may keep hurting, it may hurt a lot, but you can't stop loving because that love is real. Even if they tell you they resent you, you keep letting them know. Years down the road, they'll look back and thank you, because they'll be somewhere different than where they were before. Maybe not better, but different.
Life is not a romantic comedy. In reality, at the end you'll just have wasted years and opportunities to get with a better person.
